ok so I was was wanting to know for boa can you keep them in a tub or do I need to build a custom cage for when it is an adult
I might be buying one at the next show and I want to be prepared

you can keep young ones under 3 ft in a tub but much bigger than that they really need something pretty large. I am going to be making a lot of custom cages in the next few months. I have two sub adult red tails in a 4 x 2.5 x 2 ft enclosure but they will moved to a 6x3x2 within a yr.

oh yeah you always want to feed your snake outside of its cage so it doesnt mistake you for food one day if you can.
