This is one of the most complex simple exercises in our programs. Athletes or clients need to be able to maintain body position while executing the dumbbell row. The big keys are wide knees ( we teach squat position) and a flat or even slightly arched back. The next key is pull the dumbbell back so the back end of the dumbbell hits the iliac crest.

  • How are the 2 db positions affecting the exercise?I would assume one is more lat and the other more rear delts?

  • Thanks for sharing. It was great to do the STT audio interview with Coach Boyle. I posted a few bits to share on our YouTube channel. Thanks again!
