Yep, casseroles, drankin', excellent music and musicians (especially at Christmas). Love me some Presbyterianism except for the actual "church" part of it.

Thanks for the good laughs the way this world is going a good laugh is nice

By 2050, 95% of US and Canadian Presbyterians will be gone. This is accurate; they are old and shrinking away. As is the rest of Mainline Protestantism. But there is no god anyway, so it's probably a good thing.

I tell you what...I'm presbyterian and she pretty much about summed it up...One thing she forgot to mention was that all these old people are LOADED!!! I heard a joke one time that said Episcopals were Catholics that like homosexuals, Methodist were baptist that liked to drink and didn't have enough money to be Presbyterian! lol

Well I'd give them about a 1 or 2 at the highest. I grew up Baptist (SBC I think; I'm pretty sure that congregation was affiliated with them), but I believe my worst experiences with any Christians ever (save for some college-age, fundamentalistic, Christian rocker-looking douches at my first college campus) was with Presbyterians. And these were people with the PC(USA), too. They were highly-judgmental and chastising; just unbelievable.
Love ya Betty!

Can't wait until the chat about Baptist! Especially Southern Baptist - they believe everyone is going to hell.
What a hoot.
You are a wonderful talent. True humor is based in the truth.
