A wonder plant is turning the lives of many poor farmers around in Kerio Valley. The residents are increasing switching to Aloe Vera farming as the market for the crop grows. Currently the farmers are earning 35 shillings for every litre of Aloe Vera sap and 1200 shillings for a kilogram of seeds.

  • i agree with you freegastanker1 and siasabora...this is justanother way Africa is been exploited once again by foreigners and politician (POLITRICIANS). They shoulld diversify crops and form their own cooperative unions to manage the business sideof things and also be more inventive when it comes to making more aloe products.
