As soon a I was done recording I figured out the perfect name for it the Gelgoog Blitz.
The MS-14[JG2] Gelgoog Blitz a proto-type fast attack mobile suit based off of the Gelgoog Jager.

For this project I used Tamiya Weathering Master B, Krylon Fusion Red, Krylon True Blue, Krylon Fusion Blue, Krylon Primer Grey, Krylon Primer White, Krylon Matte Finish, Krylon Brilliant Silver, Krylon Oil Rubbed Bronze, Testor's Flat Black, Testor's Silver and Testor's Gold.

The Blitz being designed to deliver devastating Blitzkrieg attack it became a close to mid-range MS and would need to be able to close distances "In the Blink of an Eye" to manage this, the Blitz was equipped with more thrusters, and greater fuel reserves in the form of a large booster pod.

  • Question: Never had krylon fusion b4 or krylon in general. I looked up Krylon Fusion doesnt need to be primed or sanded? So you didnt sand your kit or primed them. You just sprayed it straight flat out from built kit?

Hope to hear an answer buddy :3 that would make my life a little easier because sanding Kshatriya is making me cry 1-by-1

  • @AsianDelinquent It does work without priming but it doesn't look anywhere near as good, so I would highly recommend priming first and then making a few light coats of Krylon

  • @WarMachine395 So no need for the sanding part? By "few light coats" can you elaborate it to a little simpler or easier way to understand? I mean i get it but more tips would help :D

  • @AsianDelinquent No need for sanding as Bandai's kits are top-notch.

By "a few light coats" Krylon Fusion has this tendancy to overspray rather easily, so what I have learned to do is:

    -Prime everything

-One light coat on everything, let it dry for about 15 minutes and then give it another light coat; just repeat until you feel the colour is about right

-leave it to dry for a few hours

-reassemble and if you are so inclined dull coat

  • You use Krylon as well I see, tis a good paint, and this is an awesome custom. I love the idea of using the Kampfer's shoulder pod as a giant thruster pack. Is that the Koto free style Bazooka?

  • @l337m4s73r Thank you very much, and yeah it is koto bazooka, I really like their weapon sets :D
