  • It's called a wrestlers push up!!!!!

How do I know because i wrestle for my school

  • @hesterhester19 It's actually a variation of a Hindu push-up, which has been used by wrestlers in India for centuries. I was a wrestler too. Try it super slow like this and you'll get great results.

  • that puts much more pressure in my triceps than in the chest and i dont think am doing something wrong

  • @niko493 Maybe your chest is more developed than your triceps at this point, so you don't feel it so much there. This definitely hits both, but the angle of your elbows can change the emphasis.

If you keep your elbows in, it really nails your triceps. If you let them flair out a little, it's more chest. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean.

  • Hiyaaaa! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • thanks for the video. i'll bookmark this and come back in two weeks to share my results.

  • my wyes feel like they are going to pop when i do it!! why is that??

  • @Killinwifasmile You're right, it's good for flexibility too, especially in the shoulders and spine.

  • @SuperSimonAG This is not plyometrics at all, in fact it's just the opposite. Plyometrics is fast, explosive movements designed to train your muscles and nervous system for speed and explosive power. This is a slow movement designed to focus on increasing strength and work your pecs from a wide range of angles. Give it a try and your pecs will be feeling it big time.

  • nice

  • any age... I'm 12 so I'll try that!!

  • Thanks man I'm gonna go work out now
