I was having a video chat with my girlfriend when the quake happened. She is in Taiwan, I'm in London.
I watched as she ran out of the room and then the room shaking! Not sure who was more scared, me or her!
She lives in an old (non earthquake proof) building on the 7th floor! Can't wait to get her back with me in the UK!
