Ok, for those who think they are tough, I challenge you to row this workout. You can find it on the row2go website. I entertain you for one whole hour. No problem if you are not ultra fit, you can paddle along, but for those sick people who think they are all tough, go ahead... do it. Don't come back to me and say that you can push more than 13.6KM per hour, so can I, it is all about how hard you can push the intervals.
