My name is David Brooks I am the customer service manager at Shopsunshine. With regards to this transaction, it was placed on Friday 1/30/09. We allow 3-5 days for large ticket orders to be processed packed and shipped.

In this case, the customer disputed the charge, before we could ship the product. We had no choice but to issue a full refund, which we did on 2/10/09.

They shipped my item out in less then 24 hours and I bet you anything they do 100 times the amount of business you people do. They don't try and rip people off. They don't try to upgrade you and never follow through with there promise. I did use paypal and I got my money back. But that didn't stop them from trying to get me to drop the dispute before they shipped my camera.

My TOOL Buying Advice.

I bought a tool (stapler) and it was poor quality.

I found the REVIEWWS of power tools on Amazon.com.

The reviews are very good. The stapler was rated low.

My next couple tools I read the reviiieews firrst.

Great resource. Customer to customer and you can buy the tool from what ever vendor you want.

I was told by Sunshine Electronics that if I bought the extended warranty for my SLR then brokerage&duty would be covered & that duty fees are normally $80. I fell for it. The truth is, there are NO duty fees on digital cameras coming to Canada (from anywhere, 2008) so I called them to refund the $239 warranty.

Calling to complain, I was told again that duty&brokerage were covered & that brokerage is usually $100-150 but the DHL invoice that I got says brokerage was a mere $7. Lied to my face.
