I nominate Oscar and Bernie to replace Two and a Half men and it will now be Two and a Half men with a Parrot. I'm Charlie's comic cousin from Cleveland and with the name John Hein, I know Jump the Shark when I see it and the only one to replace Charlie is Oscar and Bernie seen on Youtube's Oscar and Bernie Channel.
