We are in the third carriage behind Clan Line. The Spinney Light Railway boasts two long tunnels, the latter on a steep downgrade. We get a long signal-check, and after two minutes the driver contacts the signalbox. The reason becomes apparent once we get moving again; the colour-light signals are 'out,' so we are double-blocking! The following stop was unscheduled, so I stopped filming!
tunnel must put light. It to dark inside.

Ha! Obviously, the camera shews it darker than it actually is - for most of it. However, there is an apex in the tunnel, and the driver needs to be ready to apply the brakes when the train starts to go downhill - the apex being at the point that the tunnel becomes "Pitch Black!" SInce, the video, a new repeater signal has been installed (to reduce the risk of SPAD at the end of the tunnel), and it is not so dark, now!
