here is just my thought. that "white" plane, was an unmanned aircraft. when they heard there was a plane heading to D.C. to hit the White House, they released the UAV. and when he said "the white plane is gone now" probably meant that the man controlling it, spotted the plane, remote controlled the UAV to it, took it down with something attached to the UAV, causing it to fall into the field. i do not think someone forced it down.
