  • I believe the reason he gets out of breath so quickly is because of the phosocreatine system. This system is a quick burst of energy where the body uses atp in a flight or fight reaponse. Once the body realizes there is no threat it moves on to the glycotic system which last 30 seconds to 2 minutes and then to the oxidative system which last 3 minutes or more. My sources? I'm an exercise science major and am studying exercise physiology right now.

  • my sister use to do these in the army. though she did this on the ground, i believe they were called spiderman pushups

  • @ItsOvechkin So add extra weight. Also you need to build up your shoulders too, Do a lot of incline/close grip incline bench presses to that will really build up your chest

  • @ItsOvechkin then work on your chest do more normal pushups and build up to this.
