Great pinball project and progress videos. This is the last video you've uploaded since october 2008. Any progress since then?

This is great! I'm inspired now =) How did you cut your sheet metal you use for the ramp and guides?

I cut the aluminum sheets with a table saw to get the rough shape and then refined it with a belt sander. Cutting metal with a table saw blade probably makes it blunt but I'm not one for using the right tool for the job. I'll use what ever gets the job done.
I've lost inspiration so it will be a while before I post another video. Sorry. :-)

I guess you are meaning the piece of wooden dowel with a cut rubber band wrapped around it and glued with superglue. I have used pieces of dowel with wide rubber bands wrapped around them quite a lot on the table so far.

what is the next addition you are going to do to this, I'm looking forward to it. And what theme is it going to be if you are going to make one?

I'm not sure what I'll so next. I have my 4 kids home on holidays from school so I don't think I'll get back to it for a while. Thanks for your comment.....and "May the Force be With You".
