@Muirmaiden I think that most people who have really read and studied about the life of Marilyn Monroe know that she really wasn't a "dumb blonde". She was actually somewhat of an intellectual who read extensively and had a keen interest in politics. The "dumb blonde" thing was just an act and was part of her onscreen persona. It was just a part she played in the movies. She was also a very serious actress who took acting lessons and studied in acting school.

he must have turned gay killing a beautiful woman like that!.....

I am familiar with the Rainbow Tower Carillon which has 55 bells cast in England. It is one of 11 carillons in Canada. The sounds heard here are actually those of TUBULAR bells...maybe because they offer a more atmospheric setting as the character is in a semi-conscious dreamlike state...

that emotional awakening..formidable actress
Yes, there is that idiotic stereotype that beauty and brains don't go together. People don't realize how hard and grueling it can be to perform. They think acting is easy money. It's not. It is both physically and emotionally exhausting, and many actors use their own personal experiences to get into the emotion and character. Which explains why so many of them have emotional problems.
Marilyn was NOT a dumb blonde, and that is one stereotype I will always resent.

Rule Number 1: When someone is chasing you with the intent to kill, stay in a CROWDED area with LOTS of PEOPLE!! Don't go for the secluded bell tower!!
