The character desings don't fit if we're talking about Wolverine, but the animation is marvelous! just Great!.

In my opinion, if America always butchered every anime series with shitty adaptations, horrible voice acting and blasphemical live-action movies like D.B.E. and Street Fighter, then why the japanese can't? Eye for an eye I guess. Well is just my opinion anyway.

Exactly. My god, he doesn't look anything like the character. I mean, yea the claws are there, but Wolverine is more than just a pair of claws dammit he's a person!

Not when Wolverine has almost 40 years of history versus Street fighters 10 or 15. They didn't even have a whole lot of story, that was just a video game series(not that we didn't completely ruin those movies). Wolverine is totally different.

You know if this and the Iron Man Anime does well their planning on making a X-Men and Blade Anime in the Future. I don't know if this is good or bad yet because the Iron Man Anime trailer looked good but could still suck and the Wolverine trailer looks disgust worthy but they could change it and make it acceptable. Only time will tell if these shows will be worth while for a Comic Book fan. They could suck to us but do well there... I just want both sides of the ocean to be satisfied.

Yeah, this image is not Wolverine. I actually don't think the Animations that great though it just looks average (mediocre). He just does generic still image slash then enemies die cheap battle trick. Watch Hulk VS. Now that was great Animation with Wolverine involved and made by the same studio. I hope this shows Animation quality goes up to that level and fixes the look of this guy.., I'm not going to dignify calling him Wolverine YET.

You know after the negative responses, which I agree with, a PR person said this was just a concept trailer to test the markets (both US and Asian) responses. He then said that the story would be taken from [I think he meant inspired] an actual story arc from the comics in which Logan (Wolverine) is in Japan. I hope the negative responses were as universal in the Asian Countries as they were here so they'll change Wolverines look because if a large percent of them like that design it could stay.
