Participatory governance in the Philippines -- Institute of Politics and Governance in partnership with CPE, APL-Women, CPaG, ACORD and other NGOs. It narrates the experience of poor people;s engagement with local governments to address empowerment, gender and development, good governance, land rights, housing rights, jobs, livelihood and other important issues through collective action. The Bayanihan sa Kaunlaran (BAKAL) program is being supported by One World Action.
