I don't think you guys understand, he's not laughing with you, he's laughing at you. He gets to get stoned and take your money. He's laughed so much that it's obviously robotic now. It's not even close to a genuine laugh. It's a "i'm a crazy tourist" laugh. HA HA HA. (then proceeds to talk again).
