  • hi Sarah, well done and thanks, very helpful videos. I also want to know where I can buy, or get similar shopping guide in Australia?

also what do you think about soy milk?

  • @jillhnatiw Unfortunately, this is what most people think which is why so many people make the mistake of buying Ezekiel bread. Sprouted soy is actually more toxic than regular soy. Usually, sprouting eliminates anti-nutrients, but in the case of soy, it increases them. Only fermented soy is safe to consume in SMALL amounts.

  • Sprouted soy is completely different nutritional characteristics than just normal soy flour.

Sprouting allows nutrients to be more easily absorbed into the body. Ezekiel bread is fine as long as you don't have a soy allergy.

  • Does it include brands I can buy here in Australia or is it all just American crap?

  • Hi Sarah, this sounds like a great help, however when I went on their site the 2012 pamplet was not there, only 2011.

  • Very Helpful!
