"At Fillmore East" was certainly a game-changer album --- along with bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd and other Southern rhythm and blues/rock and roll groups --- music has never been the same. The Allman Brothers Band's sound was a perfect fit for the era.

Derek Trucks comes somewhat close but just close enough that you end up wishing he was Duane.
