On this DVD, MEISSOUN teaches a full choreography to the song "Ghagra" from the film "Kurukshetra". It's an advanced dance in typical Nightclub dancer style.

Btw, in the beginning you can read in the subtitles
"Explanations détaillées des gestes et mouvements des mains"
It's not explanations but "explications" the french word :]

This DVD is excellent! I learned the dance from it. It's a powerful fast fun number and I had lots of fun dancing it! The song is 6min long (with 2min repetitions, so there are 4min to learn). It's broken down in short training sequences and every movement is explained in detail. There are also a lot of classical Indian dance elements (hand positions etc.) explained very well. I found it easy to learn - with some experience in bollywood dance; for beginners maybe Vol 1 is better.
