i used to play the oasys a lot at the music gear dealer.
On one Hand its sure awesome - it gives you everything you can think of and a lot you even can't think of. Its perfect in handling and anything - but (thats personal view) - this made it somewhat frustrating to me. You hit 3 keys and have a song playing. And the song can be of any musical kind. But what is it actually sounding like? Where's it's soul? And what of the sounds could really be played as Instrument WITHIN a song?

@banditsmurf Hi Bandit; I really get great enjoying playing this incredible instrument. I am indeed surprised that Korg has cancelled the OASYS, however, the technologies have been passed down to other products. It's a very deep synth, and I'll never 'master' it -- but it was never about mastering it -- it was about playing and enjoying it. Thanks for the comment.
