  • Great review as always, where do you take your outside shots? It looks like a really nice location.

  • @jcardrosebud Queenstown, NZ.

  • great review :-) Do you know if there's a waterproof casing available for this model?

  • Not sure about the TZ5, but the latest version, the TZ7 / ZS3 does have an optional underwater housing - see my review at cameralabs . com.

  • Excuse me for talking about the minor things but was that filmed in New Zealand near the Luge?

  • It was indeed - at the Queenstown Skyline.

It easy with this device: tempus.bymac.org

  • I have had my TZ5 for over a year now and I still can't figure out how to get good high speed pics of vehicles passing by at highway speeds and how to get good nightime photos of large trucks. If any of you can give me tips I would appreciate it.

  • beware of after sale service of this camera especially from courts dept store in singapore

the sale staff lie about the service, the refund dept has no refund authority and each dept pushes the blame to one another. he is head of dept but no where to be found and known only to flash his namecard everywhere promoting himself for a job elsewhere.

    why am i so bitter?

it is six months now and no one is responsible for a faulty camera i bought from them even after some ten e-mail exchanges.
