Oh My Jonas Ep. 214- Are You Sure?

(AN: Do y'all give up on the whole "Why did I call the short story Disappear?" thing?? Y'all are funny, guessing all those inspiring things or whatever. I called it Disappear because some form of the word 'disappear' (disappears, disappeared etc.) was in each episode at least once. I thought it'd be easy to figure out. Haha)

Her Aunt Brooke is standing there in the lobby holding her son Adam. Demi runs over and hugs her carefully.

Demi: What are you doing here?

Joe comes over and takes Adam out of Brooke's arms so she can hug Demi better.

Brooke: Thanks. Well, I was in town and I read in a magazine that you were staying here so I stopped by and here I am -She pulls out of the hug.-

Demi: It's like, 11 at night.

Brooke: I know. We have a long drive home.

Demi: You drove here?

Brooke: We flew but I don't have enough money to fly back.

Joe: You can take the jet -He looks at Adam who is holding onto Joe's pointer finger tightly.-

Brooke: Are you sure?

Joe: Yeah, no problem. Spend the night here at the hotel and I'll speak with the pilot tomorrow and he'll take you over.

Brooke: That'd be great, thanks.

Adam: Dada.

Brooke: No, Adam, that's Joe.

Adam: Gooooo.

Demi: Aww -Joe holds Adam out for Demi and she takes him but he keeps a tight grip on Joe's finger.- He's so cute.

Brooke: Yeah, he's kind of a late talker, though.

Demi: That's okay. Do you have any bags with you? -She looks around.-

Brooke: Yeah, they're in my car.

Demi: Here, I'll come with you to get them. Joe, take Adam up to our room.

Joe: Sure thing. Come on, little dude -He takes Adam and goes into the elevator.-

Demi follows Brooke out to her car.

Demi: How's Drew?

Brooke: He's great. Busy working, but good.

Brooke hands Demi Adam's baby bag and then Brooke pulls out her duffel. They go back inside and into the elevator.

Brooke: What about you and Joe?

Demi: We are more than great. I get more sure about him every day.

Brooke: That's good.

They go down the hall and to Joe and Demi's room. The door was open a crack and you could hear Adam giggling and Joe making funny noises. Demi smirked and they went in.

Joe cleared his throat.

Joe: And so, Adam, that's why you should never eat yellow snow.

Demi: Smooth, Joe.

Joe: I'm sorry! He's so cute and ticklish -He begins tickling Adam's pudgy belly and Adam starts giggling again.-

Demi: Brooke, you can have that bed. And, um, Adam...

Brooke: He'll sleep with me.

Demi: Alright, hungry?

Brooke: Nah, I ate earlier.

Demi: Well, I am so tired. Did I tell you I witnessed a bar fight tonight?

Brooke: Is that what that's from? -She pointed at Demi's stitched cut.-

Demi: Yeah, I got hit with some glass. They put me on these funky meds and I am suddenly very tired.

Brooke: I see.

Demi looked at Joe who was making faces at Adam.

Demi: So, my mom wants me to call my dad.

Brooke: And? Why don't you?

Demi: I haven't talked to my dad since I told him about Joe. And frankly, that was a long time ago. And he got angry.

Brooke: Oh, well, that's okay. No need to call him now.

Demi laughs.
