With the use of academic research, this presentation shows the importance of the arts in our country. As you will see, the arts affect student achievement, quality of life, and economic development, just to name a few.
Also featured are remarks from real people involved in the arts in their communities. These people vary in age, profession, gender, and more. Some are simply involved in local theatre, some make a living in the arts community. They were posed the following question, "What do the arts mean to you?"
The presentation's conclusion will show how YOU can get involved and keep the arts alive and thriving in our nation!
