Hello brother. I love your humble spirit. The only thing I differ with is that the resurrection did take place on Sunday, the first day of the week. It would have taken place just after evening on the first day of the week...so Saturday dark which of course is the beginning of Sunday. The reason I see this is because the Feast of First Fruits is always on the day after the weekly Sabbath--a Sunday. Jesus is the First Fruits so I see this as evidence that He was presented to Father on Sunday.
