@Roseluvie Hm, complicated. A man with a good self-esteem should - if he's somehow attracted to you - have no problems, to react on you, if you try to develope eye-contact, give him a smile and so on. I'm a bit shy on my own, and for me those things make it a LOT easier to approach a woman.
Most women either are to shy on their own, to give us a look or are just staring, without smiling. That's also not cool. Regular shy men need a certain assurance before aproaching a woman

@andrassygilicze If you feel that offering her your coat is presuming too much since you barely know her but you see that she is cold and you are not and therefore could spare your coat for the moment, you can ask her whether she would like to borrow your coat since she is cold and you don't need it at the moment. Asking is not presuming too much and it shows that you are observant enough to notice that she's cold.
