The FastFire dramatically increases speed and accuracy. It simplifies the act of aiming, eliminating the need to focus on and align the front sight, rear sight and target. With the FastFire, the aiming red dot and target are always in focus and properly aligned for the ultimate in accuracy.

The FastFire II provides the only fully waterproof unit in its product category.

The FastFire sight is very small, mounts very low, and weighs a mere 1.6 ounces. And it has repeatedly proven it's toughness on the slides of high power semi-autos, on slug guns, on shotguns and on high power rifles.

The FastFire housing is made of metal for strength and durability. It's lenses are precision ground and polished to exacting geometries to virtually eliminate parallax and to provide a very clear crisp sight picture. It is fully windage and elevation adjustable and lockable. It features both an on/off switch and a light sensor that automatically adjusts the dot's brightness to the available light. The included plastic hood covers the light sensor and puts the unit in sleep mode when the on/off switch is set to "on."

FastFire is powered by a lithium CR2032 battery, which is commonly available and long lasting because of the highly efficient electronics and the battery-saver mode. A battery can last as long as five years.

The Picatinny Mount allows mounting on just about any rifle. Special bases are available for the most common firearms.

  • When you have to take the Fastfire 2 off for the battery change does it need to be zeroed again?

  • @ffsml74 no' at least mine has not tbh.

  • Nice review man, I'm looking at getting one of these and installing it on top of my Burris ar-332 scope for my ar-15. I think it's going to work out nicely, but it really sucks that you have to remove it to change out the battery, that seems really stupid of them to put the battery compartment underneath? Does the battery at least seem to last a long time?

  • @nicklemmon87 it last vary long im still running it on the same cell it came with"

  • lost any interest in your review after hearing the COD zombie music.

  • @BenderBullet56

In the future, I'd recommend spending more time actually showing viewers the dot and how well it shows up in different light conditions. The few seconds that you showed it in the dark, there was absolutely no visible dot at all. Aside from that, you only spent like 3 seconds showing the dot, and only on 1 surface.

The dot is the reason people buy the sight, and thats what viewers want to see. The review should take 3 minutes, spend 2 minutes showing the dot.

  • The CR2032 is a common computer motherboard clock / maintain bios settings battery, you can buy 20 of them for 99 cents with free shipping on ebay. And replace your motherboard clock / bios battery at the same time.

  • @CabelasOutdoor4x4 Quick answer yes. theres alot of Police in my Neck of the woods that have the sight' on there AR15's, and PDWs so when I saw them I had to try it out for my self. now Im not going back I have several already, Planing on getting another one for a ''Kel-Tec sub 2000 tac''. and theres a mount that gives perfect sight co-witness. for AR/M4 platforms made of Steel also to protect the Burris MRDS ii. Hope this answered your question buddie.
