turkeys hear shots

One of our failed 1st season morning hunts. The turkeys stayed just out of range the whole time on the top of a rise in the field. That way they can watch both sides of the field for predators. At one point you hear two shots coming from not more than a 1/4 mile away over the hill. Took them all of 15 seconds to calm down again. They ended up moving off without coming any closer than 65 yards.
