@zacknew A serving size is 2 - 4 capsules, and they recommend 1 dose before lunch and 1 dose before your workout. I didn't receive any negative side effects from it, but I could see that being one of the more common side effects.

@InstantAnihilation For these NO supplements to be used effectively, you need to take them for at least 3 weeks. Trial period is way too short to make a serious difference. However, if you call to cancel near the end of the trial you may be able to purchase it at a discount.

@TrueSouthernPride yeah, but you have to do so within the first 14 days or so of ordering. And then, for some unknown reason, you have to send it back. Why not just let us keep the product, it's not like they are going to repackage what we send back anyway.

@malaguena101 Well, it's actually 18 days, because they allow a 4 day grace period for shipping. But yes, they will charge you and enroll you in an auto-ship program, and be billed $74.98 every 30 days.
