The cure=1.Sitz bath w/epsom salt 2.Cream for pain,cortizone or prep H 3.Lots of water,fruits and veggies 4.Stop straining!!,it makes them worst 5.Ease up on the fast food,your not 25 anymore.This is from experience. Just so you know once you get them,your going to continue to get them because the area is stretched and damaged and will not heal right unless you have surgery.

Is this idiot for real? Do NOT use a doughnut cushion because the anus and hemoroids are pressured from your own weight pushing towards the cushion hole, thus forcing the hemoroids to push outwards.
