doing partial reps is pretty good for strength more so in the tendons and thats the biggest key for armwrestling and most strength sports and on the table you do not use a lot of full range of motion with your arms i hope this helps with the confusion of his training

@seanarama1234 i also don't understand why he trains triceps from 90degree to straight, don't see the connection with armwrestling

he's got arms, chest, shoulders, legs and an awesome definition.
and he is not a bodybuilder strictu sensu...
