I don't doubt you...and I second you, I wasn't as experienced when I played it but I knew it was special, I remember the guy also had a Zemaitis acoustic, that sadly I didn't play :(

Jim its a joy they are the best guitars in the world the owner of the pearl front also had prs private stock and a bunch of vintage gear but they were poor excuses when placed in comparison to the Zemaitis.

I played an original once....fuck me, the metal top engraving was amazing, the guy then sold it for £12,000 a week later...I've been trying to track it down since...

I must admit I never believed a guitar could command the price tag associated with Zemiatis but When I played a pearl front guitar I just smiled. Long story short buy yourself a zemiatis at least play one I beg you
