I love this video. So much. I'm not kidding when I say that I cried the first time I saw this video. Every time Al Pacino says "We claw with our fingernails for that inch, because we know when we add up all those inches that’s gonna make the fuckin' difference between winning and losing! Between livin' and dyin'!" I get goosebumps all over my body. This is by far the most inspirational video I have ever seen in my life. I watch it before I race at any regattas and it works. I really works.

You might put an athlete on an erg and get a good erg score, but if you put them in a scull they would be in the water in about 2 mins, and if you put them in a bigger boat they wouldn't beat skilled rowers.
