A little bit underwhealimg because supes was majorly powered down for the animted series. in the comics currently, supes casual punches can drop dwarf planets effortlessly...so if anything a full powered supes punch would probably explode in a force that would cut through time and space and possibly fold the universe.

Actually he was still holding back a bit. If you saw the alternative universe where Lex Luthor killed The Flash, Superman was so enraged he actually destroyed a planet and created the Justice Lords. The red eyes state that Stan Lee explained was the difference between the Justice Lord Superman and the Justice League Superman. The red eyes symbolized the flash(costume color) however he was corrupted and gave up on mankind.
