No thats Blair Douglas as Rory said in the clip.
He was an original member of runrig when they where a folk band, althought most people describe them from being from Skye, their actual first gig was at the Kelvin hall in glasgow, where Blair was a friend of theirs (calum and rorys) when they where at college or university in Glasgow.

Nah it was Blair Douglas, the original guy way before when Malc joined, good man really still very much a musician in scotland is blair good guy, he was at the very start of what was the Run Rig Dance Band back in 1973.
