um i dont know who wrote it
but it was made for the last episode of I Love Lucy. you can watch it here on youtube, it was a really sad episode because not only was it the end of the series but it was the end of lucy and desis real life marriage and the song made them cry after the recording of the show because it was so personal to Lucy.
