The 1st in an ongoing series where I ask Muslims and other theists difficult questions. Each video deals with only one topic, and will challenge believers to think outside their usual responses. Feel free to post a video response to any question you can answer. If you want to post a comment but need more than 500 characters, post your comments at: http://www.ToughQuestionsPodcast.com

  • Questions like this only accure when You take everything literally and don't give one of the greatest books of world-litrature the credit that it can have several levels and is open to metaphorical speach. And yes there are also Muslims, who see it like that. For proper interpretation of the Holy Quran: go to alislam.org and then to Quran and then to English 5 Vol Tafsir. That will be the link for all Your "questions".

  • bad translation , now convert!

  • Cmon really.. Tough question eh?

    NEXT!

  • Very easy for knowledgeable muslims to answer this question. Watch this video

Does the Sun Set in a Muddy Pool? - Quran: Surah al-Kahf 18:86

The Quran is Gods word so how can there be scientific errors. Stop trying to point out false errors and start looking at the scientific facts mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago before they were discovered. Also look at the challenge it gives to the unbelievers. Have you even read the Quran?

  • te biggest give away to thi virse howing its not a mistake in the lest bit is apperd to..

if something appers to someoen as a mahraj. what ever it might be it dosnt meen theres an accal thing a mahraj but apperd to.. hve you seen the video in yur video responses by dr zakir naik. if not then you do need to see it my friend a it examples it clearly

  • wow dude, if you actually took a few minutes of your time out you did find the answer yourself. Difficult Question?? HAHAHahahaha no not really.

  • This was, (pardon my language) ... PATHETIC. Not a tough question at all, more of a disappointing lack of understanding on your part and possibly a really bad translation of the quran into English.

Seriously... this is the best you could do?

  • this telling what the man saw, the man saw the sun set, this spring is wher ehwas following a road, he stopped at a spring, HUGE SPRING IN A TOWN, a tonw by the huge springs, and when he arrived at this town he looked and saw the sun setting, this isnt talking about islam, allah is telling us what man saw, it teaches us if man believes what he sees and not with his mind, he will never proggress

  • Weak argument not worth responding to. Sorry..

  • But since you say you are a truth seeker, then why did you choose to deny the many amazing scientific miracles/signs in the Quran easily found on the net with just a short statement from your side, and insist on understanging a verse by taking the literal meaning. when people are telling you its from the person's perspective.
