Icing Glaze for Doughnuts or Coffee Cake
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
5 - 6 TBs water
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1. Add the vanilla to about 4 TB of the 5-6 TBS of water. The rest of the water is to add to the icing to continue to thin it down.
2. Put the sugar in a large bowl, giving you enough room for stirring the mixture well.
3. Add the vanilla water 1st. and stir.
4. Continue to add water 1 TB at a time until the icing is the right consistancy for your needs.
