Technically this is not circumcision; this is a form of castration, like removing a man's penis but leaving his testicles. He may still be able to reproduce, but it would be tough.

Circumcision a female would remove the extra skin exposing the clitoris, as when a male has his foreskin (extra-skin), removed permanently exposing the penis head.

NO religion could survive if it required for all the men to have their penis removed.

Of course god commanded circumcision - read the old testament! He never mentioned FEMALE circumcision, though. It is controlling males that think that they can keep their women in sexual check that way. Isn't it ironic that god created us in his own image, supposedly? I wonder if he was wanking one day and thought: lets just mutilate humans genitals since the way I created it just feels too dam good...

@neil This is religious, just because your version of the religion tells you that god would never ask anyone to do this dose not mean their version dose not. that is the problem with believing something with out question and with out a reason to. its no different then the killing witches & non believers or anyone seen to be against god back in the dark ages. they think its a sin for girls to have sex out of wed lock so they make sure it will not be pleasurable for them to stop the sin
