NPC: He died Six Months After Chemo. WHY?

LCC was a 54year-old male. He was a welder when young. Later he had his own business - steaming kuih (local cakes). In early 2010, he had a mild bleeding from his nose. By March 2010, the bleeding became serious. A lump appeared in his neck. He was diagnosed with NPC, Stage 4 as the cancer had spread to his liver.
He underwent 6 cycles of chemotherapy. Barely 5 months after the treatment, there was extensive bony metastasis.
