@explosivejaes The part of Taekwondo you see here (WTF) is mainly a demonstrative sport nowadays. The main focus lies on the sparring and with demonstrations such as these, they show the amount of body control one can gain from practicing Taekwondo. The art itself started falling apart the moment competitive play came around the corner imo, leaving Taekwondo as a united name for different styles.
