Worlds fastest high wind NQD rc boat

Bought a cheap high wind of ebay. Didnt even bother trying the factory set up, gutted the entire boat, removed everything. not a bad hull for what it is, very light.
Now runs a 2881kv BL with mystery 100amp esc, on 4S 1p. All water cooled. Flex cable drive with adjustable strut and offset rudder. 1.4x40mm B2 prop. Ran betterer with a 1.4x38mm B2, however in choppy water it got airborn at full throttle, grabbed and sheared a blade off ! Had it set up first with a 1516 XL feiago on 6s with an Etti 150 race opto. Was a bit crazy, so swapped over to a lighter, less powerfull set up.

Great job on the boat! Did you ever have issues with hop and if so, how did you minimize? I cannot seem to get mine to stop hopping no matter what angle or size of prop - just varying degrees of hop...again - nice boat! :)

Hi, where did you buy the motor hardware/flexdrive from? ihave a interceprtor 650 which i gutted and want to upgrade. Is there a supplier in australia?
