The song's lyrics are very hard to translate. The chorus is a series of plays on words, with phrases that sound similar to "Shortcake" in Japanese, but that don't sound similar when you translate them into English.

The girl who jumps up on stage was a hardcore fan who was at the center of the front row, with her girlfriends, all obsessed with TsuShiMaMiRe. I think they were lesbians in love with TSMMR, not that there's anything wrong with that. Anyway I talked to them after the show, offered to buy their TSMMR drumhead. They were really into the band and really rude.
Mari handled the rowdy fans very well, kept them from ruining the song without being rude. Gotta love her for that.
