The Cache La Poudre River (pronounced Poo-der) lies within 90 minutes of Denver and Estes Park. This funny sounding river, named by French fur trappers, has everything from mild to wild! With its deep canyons and clear waters, this river runs wild and free and we offer a variety of ways to experience its adventures.

A-1 Wildwater is proud to offer rafting and kayaking adventure trips on this national jewel from early May through Labor Day. Over the years, we've taken over 140,000 people down the wild Poudre River and they've come from almost every walk of life, country, profession, age group, and experience level.
