Ever had an application form, survey or questionnaire that asks "What is your religion" and you have ticked the Christian Box (or have been encouraged to do so by otheres) simply because "That is what you put" despite the fact you don't believe it?

Well if you don't believe it, don't tick it.

In the coming 2011 Census I for one will be ticking the "No Religion" Box, and if you are not a believer, so should you! (But that, of course, is your choice).

I can understand this question being asked in a national cesus. I filled out a job application the other day, for a multi-national company. I was required to answer such questions (which are clearly not pertinent to the job).

Multiple choice questions and Atheist wasn't even an option.
