1 onion, peeled, and diced
4-5 crimini mushrooms, sliced thin
2 celery stalks, diced
1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced
1/2 teaspoon herbamare or other herbed sea salt or to taste
1 cup quinoa, rinsed
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 cups of water
@cliffcox66 like you said who cares. but she seems to care. So that is why I wrote my message. I don't personally care even if small pieces of veggies get mixed together. don't we all try to keep the chopping board clean though not everyone uses a towel just she used? I agree that she has an excellent cutting skill and is very efficient in kitchen.

@helenajeon80 WHO cares. It's all veggies. The only time it really matters on the board is when you're cutting meats, especially chicken. Then you want to wipe the board clean. it's OK to mix the tiny bits of stuff together she had in contact with the board. Look at her work, she's very well versed in the kitchen.

ok i understood the idea of seperating vegies on the chopping board, however, you use the same towel over and over again and still the same board. You'd better flip over the chopping board. Or have several chopping boards.
