Maybe it just has down-syndrome

Lol, that thing probably died within two days.

That's a swollen tongue. If my memory serves me right, there's a disease or other form of physical condition that causes it. If they don't get better soon, they'll starve or thirst to death. ='( Poor thingy, I hope it made it.

Imagine if humans were like animals, survival of the fittest.

did you guys do anything???? :(

Ouch! That is sad. Poor thing. Circle of life though, predators will spot the weak impala and will put it out of its misery. This will mean an easy meal for perhaps a starving mother and her young, giving them a chance to live longer.

Looks like a swollen tongue to me. Regardless both conditions make eating and drinking next to impossible and death all the more imminent.

poor impala:(
I saw a documentary recently.....it might have been "dark side of hippos", but I'm not sure.......it showed a lion with a dangling jaw like that, but I can't find it anywhere.
Any ideas or leads on where I can find this?

its doubtful. cant eat with a broken jaw. but if it get better, its good genes get passed on to the next generation....... which is pretty much survival of the fittest. only the good genes go on to the next generation cuz u need good genes to survive.
