How to make a perfect egg every time: when egg water boils, put a tight fitting lid or large plate over the pot and **shut off** the heat. Let eggs sit for 12 minutes..you can let them go to about 15 and still not have green rings around the yolks.

This is a really great idea for kids that won't eat. Have them help you make the penguins and the eggs. I'm a nanny and I have a kid that hates to eat. I'm going to try this with her and see if I can't get her to eat something. I'll have to do tofu cause her moms a vegetarian, (idiot) but hey I'll make it work!!
