They weren't refering to the three Arcee's as twins. In the film, the three female bots were three components of one being: Arcee. The guy who shouted "Arcee twins!" was saying "Arcee, Twins" the Twins obviously being Skids and Mudflap.

i only had two problems with this movie megatron has a master, megatron bows to know one, and takes orders from no one. One other problem is that the end was alittle rushed
